Just like other habits, smoking is controlled by the unconscious mind. That is what makes hypnosis a particularly good method for putting an end to the smoking habit.
 
Hypnosis can help you rid yourself of the habitual triggers that cause you to smoke and make it difficult to quit. I will take your history and get a very clear understanding of what those triggers are and develop a personalized, customized hypnosis plan for you. At the end of 3 or 4 sessions, I will give you a recording of one of your hypnosis sessions, so that you can listen to it again and again to reinforce the changes you are making.
 
 
 
Although there are various methods that help people to stop smoking, the biggest factor that will determine success is your ‘readiness’ to stop.  Hypnosis for smoking cessation will only work if you are ready to give it up, not because someone else thinks you should stop.
 
Contrary to popular myth, hypnosis does not take control away from you. So, if you do not really want to quit yourself, you are unlikely to be successful in your efforts to stop smoking, regardless of the smoking cessation method you choose.
